What's your return policy?

Purchases made directly from Boutique Voila may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund in the form of a website credit, which never expires. Returns can be made for unopened products only. Credits are for the price of the product, and do not include the cost of shipping, tax, or insurance.

Please contact our customer service team at help@velvet-brands.com to inform us that you would like to return your purchase, and we will provide instructions on how to start your return.

If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.

What if I bought my product from another website, retailer, or store?

Purchases made with other vendors are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. Always review a vendor’s return policy before purchase.

Defective products are under warranty for three years with proof of purchase, regardless of where they were purchased from. See Warranty for details.

 

What if my product is defective?

If you feel you may have a defective product, please email us your order details so we can start the warranty process. Defect product is replacement with the same or equivalent item. Please know the models, features and colors change every year.

 

How do I start a warranty claim?

Please contact our customer service at help@velvet-brands.com to inform us of the defect and provide the details of your order. If you had purchased from one of our retailers, we would not have any record of your product purchase and you may be required to provide all relevant information required.
