Buyers are responsible for all shipping and duty for the purchase of products. Velvet will do it best to help facilitate this effort in the arrangement of shipping but shall bear no financial burden on behalf of consumers. Products are not shipped with insurance and our responsibility for the product is completed when handed over to shipment carrier(s).
Insurance for the shipment is offered to consumers directly when purchase is made. If this is elected, we will replace the lost shipment and pursue reimbursement from the carrier(s).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any item, please include return post as well for any warranty. Warranty repair and replacement is typically 7 days turn around, and will not exceed 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All products shall ship United States Postal Service, USPS, priority mail or priority express. Each shipment will have a tracking number and must be signed to evidence receipt.
